By using MyNewsRoll("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

MyNewsRoll provides a personalized daily news digest by email based on topics you select. Summaries are generated automatically from third-party news sources. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Free plans are subject to topic and send-time limits described on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Intellectual property

News articles belong to their respective publishers. MyNewsRoll branding, software, and digest layout are ours. You may not resell or redistribute the service without permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. MyNewsRoll is not financial, legal, or professional advice. Always verify important information with primary sources.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
